Thank you for your reply! Our situation mirrors yours, we have done business with FUGO for years and were paid like clockwork. Our outstanding balance is close to yours so I will hope an email from Kamal is coming soon., perhaps they are paying based on balance. My last email I asked them to please answer even if it was not what I wanted to hear, just a response. That is the most frustrating part, just communicate even if it is to push the payment further back.
