    Sorry for your troubles.  I know first hand that the situation is infuriating.  We stopped working for Avanze in June of 2023 due to past due invoices and all of the non-payment posts on Source of Title.  They had been paying ok until they just stopped.  Our balance of $3,560 for work from Feb 2023 through June 2023 went unpaid until today.  Kamal notified us via email on 12/22/23 that a check was on the way.  We rec'd their check today.  I will post again once it clears our bank.
