We have also been a vendor for Southern Land and Title for 89 years. I have never had a problem. I am an abstractor along with a doz others in our Company  and never do we perform any additional work w/o consulting my client and SLT is no different. They are and always have been a pleasure to work with and never an issue with payment. One of the best customers we have.
