Thank you to all that have replied to my original post. "Ko-file" IS coming to a number of counties. Hopefully they will address these access issues, both on line and in the courthouses, before making that new county active. So if "Ko-file'' is monitoring this series of comments, I have one request. Well at least for the time being. 

My request to "Ko-file" is this, keep in mind this is not just about paperwork and research we are concerned about. The majority of the title searches completed are not commercial investment properties for profit, but peoples homes. Their single most investment. Some of the elected officials have forgotten this, we cannot.
