Good Morning!  ( I apologize for posting this as "Chris Byron" however he is who set up our account years ago!)

My name is Erin McLaughlin and I have been the Manager of the Accurate Group Vendor Management team for 4.5 years.  Unfortunately Chris was let go back in December of 2017 but this should not have affected anything regarding work, volume, rapport or attitude.  I sincerely apologize if any of the staff on my team has given any vendor/abstractor an attitude!  At this time we have two vendor manager associates on our team, two order managers that you may hear from or reach from time to time when calling our department, and me ( The manager of the team).  I would encourage anyone who has any concerns about the way that our work is handled to reach out directly to someone on my current team.  Our group extension can be reached at 704-892-3352 (Extension 1455)

I do not believe the comments from Will Duncan are referencing Accurate Group as we do not have a law firm in our office.  Will was employed by Accurate for some time but I do not believe his "mean girl" reference is regarding Accurate.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can clear up as I am hoping any poor encounters were only misunderstandings.
