I recommend to all that you wait until Charlene has payment issues worked out before accepting any new work.  While there were never any issues in the past, she was hurt badly by an underwriter and still owes me a lot of money all the way back to June.  I am not trying to badmouth her and know that she has major issues -- both business and health related right now.  But lack of payment has put me in a huge bind as I am a vendor manager and pay the people *I* owe long before I am paid by Progressive at this time.  I know she'll recover...it just may take a few months.  Be cautious right now.
