I am part of Advantage Title, LLC, a national title/settlement agency out of MS. We do business in OH, but not under the name Advantage Settlement Services. If this has anything to do with my company, please let me know the issue and I will resolve. 

 We do get mistaken for another Advantage in OH and FL quite often.
