Talking to other South Carolina and North Carolina abstractors and some of my clients and this week, the same thing.  If I didn't have my local attorneys who are doing closings like hot cakes (mostly purchase or cash), Id be toast.  Still debating on applying for a job with energy or power company.  I'd love to hear what the predicted trend is.  I've been about the same this week, all caught up for the first ime in a long time, but I thought it was just because I'm a newbie freelance.
