Not sure if I would call this "Crazy", but when I worked in Oil & Gas a lifetime ago, I ran into a deed where the Chicago Bears (yes, DA BEARS) conveyed mineral rights to someone in Harrison County, WV. Wish I would've gotten a copy of that deed. Not sure how DA BEARS became the owners of mineral rights.
