I have mentioned in previous posts and articles about the dangerous of such companies. I have no issues working for an off shore company as long as they are A) Transparent B) Pay up C) Legit and D) have American interests in mind.

If it is shady, don't do it. You don't know who is behind those curtains(Sanctioned Designated National under an alias), etc.
