I absolutely disagree w/ Larry Platt!!!!  Kim and the staff at Punctual Abstract are very good people.  I have never had any problems w/ them, they look out for me and are as fair as can be.  To say she's "sounds a bit unethical and a bit like a..." (not finishing that) is insulting and she deserves an apology.   THANK YOU, KIM for your loyalty!
