UPDATE: I have received several phone calls from Charlene Henry this afternoon, and now she’s stating her school class is running long and today is the only day she can take her class and she’s not going to make it by the bank like she said she would or the post office to send it registered mail with tracking number prior to them closing. She informed me she was trying to get her son to leave school so he could get the cashiers check but so far she’s not been able to get him to do so.

She stated she has a doctors appointment in Little Rock today and could not make it to UPS either since they close at 5pm (actual closing time is 6pm) so I sent her office hour information on multiple UPS and FedEx locations in both Jacksonville (where she lives) and Little Rock (where her doctors appt is located) that range between 6pm and 10pm depending on location.

And now she’s stating that she cannot run all over town to any of the UPS or FedEx location I provided her with because she did not have the time. More excuses. This is poor business practice not to mention criminal.

Anyone doing business with her that has not been paid should definitely consider seeking counsel. And those who have not yet contracted to work with her, please do your due diligence. to post a reply: login - or - register
