Is Wayne searching in North Carolina?  It's a lawyer state.  I've been told abstractors in lawyers states are still busy, because as of now, lawyers wont sign off on work done overseas. At least that's what I've heard.  The majority of states are not lawyer states, so for us, the sky is falling.
