Don't take the job...find something else to do or start.  Let them have the people that they have been able to hire...incompetents.  What these companies are finding out is that each State has it's own nuances that prevent an in-house abstractor to competently complete her/his assignments.  It takes many years of researching and education to do what some are thinking is an easy job.
