Our company has a policy, we will provide work for new clients very cautiously and if they don't pay within 30 days, we stop working for them.  This company has always paid in the past but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to chase down payment.  This last time the "chasing down" has not worked.  That is when I post here.  It is a WARNING to others in the industry and also another TRIGGER for them to pay.  Companies like this will not be able to continue if the Abstracting community comes together and says NO to working for them.  After this post, I received a call from Pristine Title and plea to remove this post.  I will not until FULL payment is received.   PRISTINE TITLE IS THE COMPANY AND I CAUTION YOU ALL TO KNOW YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET PAID BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME WILL HAVE TO CHASE TO GET PAID.  TIME IS WAY TOO VALUABLE.
