Avoid them at all cost. I did about $500 worth of document pulls and after fighting with them for close to 3 months they finally sent a check that was not endorsed. It took another 4 months of fighting for them to send the check back signed. What they seem to do is run up a bill with one abstractor, using them mainly for copies, then they don't pay and find another abstractor to do the same too.
