Thought I had replied to this post.  We helped developed QuestXpress which was design for abstractors.  You can enter your orders, track them, scan the completed work, invoice the work and email it directly to you client.  The invoices can be directly exported to Quickbooks.  As long as you have internet you can log into your account.  Also your clients can enter their own orders and download the completed work in case they lose their hard copy.  Visit www.questxpress.com for more information.
