We are very upfront in telling all of our clients that we do not provide attorney opinions in the state of South Carolina.  And we work for huge lenders who routinely send us searches in the state of South Carolina who has their own attorney that reviews our titles.  And yes, we do have abstractors who work for a law firm that does provide us an attorney opinion.  We have been providing solid abstracting work in South Carolina for years and we have never lied to any of our clients at all about our work.
