We did some work for them.  They decided that they would not pay more than $1.00 per page for copy costs even though it was costing us $1.50 or more from some locations.

When we insisted on getting paid for our copy costs, they stopped sending work and did not pay for the costs above $1.00.  We are about to bring a small claims action.
