Only have one job that I did for these folks last July.  Of course it was a super rush, in the most remote county in the state, on a water tower property owned by a municipality for nearly 100 years.  They checked status every day until it was complete, even though I told them from the beginning that it would take atleast a week or two.  Got it done ahead of schedule, and under budget.  Then never got paid.  Multiple calls, emails, etc, still no pay.  Then one day this past December, they called me for a quote on another remote county job and I said sure I would do the job, if they paid for the prior job, and gave me a retainer up front for the new job.  She was very apologetic and said the invoice must have gotten lost in the shuffle and to please send another one and it would be paid asap.  Still waiting...
