Thanks Alix!  I called her this morning and she was a bit snippy but said she'd call me back in 30 min.  It's been almost an hour and still no call back.  I'll give her a few more hours and then I'll try her again.  I'm not trying to be a pest, but after being told several times, week after week, she is getting the check processed, my patience is wearing thin.  I can definitely tell she's sick.  I had bronchitis last November and it lasted for nearly 5 weeks.  I still have my cough but I'm completing her orders as quickly as they come in along with all my other work and I'm not snippy with anyone, not even her when she got testy with me for no reason.  I'm trying to remain professional and accommodating even though I have good reason to be frustrated with her and it's me that's owed money and not her that's waiting for me to send her the documents she ordered from me.  I've never had to deal with a client not paying, etc.  I knew it was bound to happen sooner or later.
