That problem is now fixed in Fayette.  You can "print results".

Kofiles really will respond to any problem you're having so don't hesitate to contact them.  They can't always fix it (I have some REALLY weird issues that show up in just one of the counties I work in -- but not the others), but when it's a global problem like "print results", they can usually get on top of it and tweak that county immediately.
