Let me know what county you're talking about and I'll look at it.  I'm really curious to see if they screwed it up....

I just accessed Fayette county's system and it's ok, but I dislike that they don't "relate" discharges or assignments to the mortgages.  What a major PITA.  Washtenaw Co. (Ann Arbor) does that with a different system and it REALLY eats up the time.  But at least in Fayette, you can look at the image and see clearly what the discharges actually discharge.

You should take a look at Hillsdale's system when you have a moment.  Just log in as "guest" and plug in something generic like Williams Paul.  You'll see the little plus sign next to the mortgages and when you hit that, you'll see ALL the related docs.

Oh, one MAJOR problem I have with Kofiles:  I can't get it to work using Chrome or Firefox.  I MUST use IE and that's just wrong!  It has to do with Java.  Boy, have I gone around and around with kofiles on THAT, but it's the way the original program was designed.  Short-sighted on the part of RecordFusion, I think.
