Source of Title Forums: Re: USlandrecords vs. "Co-file"

The Greene County Recorder, Eric Sears, and the Fayette County Recorder, Kathy Templin, are both former examiners. I don't know what system Greene County uses, but Fayette County just recently switched from USLandrecords to "CO-file". They are having problems with the system. Whenever an examiner finds an issue in Fayette and brings it to their attention, they are told by "Co-file" that issue has been fixed. It never is.
