I wonder how many federal tax liens are missed for those counties that do not have them online. Even if you order judgments you have to go to the courthouse to look for the releases or modifications. I guess most title companies don’t care as long as they are getting title work cheap. Although many of them have no idea themselves what is and is not at the courthouses.
