I don't wan to start the work week out on a negative note. I find it hard to believe that all of the examiners in California are charging the same fees. There is not such thing here in Ohio as a ''going rate". Most of us have set fees, but each and every title examination fees are between the contractor and their clients. 

I have found that when this type of question is being posed on this site it is usually an attempt by an overseas company to undercut fees in a given area.. If you want to know my company's search fees, submit a request for a title search and I will reply with a fee sheet. If you don't think our search fees are in line, you are free to cancel the order upon receipt of my reply. However, once I start working on the title search the fee will be charged.
