Have known them for a long time.  Very heavy foreclosure and pre-foreclosure searches, pay promptly, super high pressure.  

I like the pre f/c searches because you grab the target mortgage and then usually I just go backwards.  Just saying it isn't fun title but it's title :) 

They have paid me promptly and are very very good about making sure they do, every invoice.  Regina, their account manager, seems to be very efficient.
