I have spoken with them quite a few times.  I was always told I was going to be paid but never have been. We want to help our customers as much as possible and are very easy to work with, which is why every time they approach us with a new order I have told them if they cut us a check for our past due invoices and send me an image we will complete the new order immediately, which I think is more than reasonable (I think at this point most companies would demand payment in hand or just flat out not complete new orders at all).  A search of their name on this site shows that I am unfortunately not at all alone in the list of companies they have stiffed.
