I've been doing work for Southern Land Title for around 5 years now and have never had any issues. It has been my experience that as long as you stay in communication and let them know there is an issue with the file they are very professional and work with you. As far as pricing goes that is normally set before they assign the order and agreed to by both parties and their checks are like clockwork every month.
