Most of the search requests I've gotten in the past don't supply a SSN.  Like you, I would report all judgment entries returned from a search of first and last name only (less is more).  My practice was to pull a copy of the docket sheet and include it along with a list of judgments on the report. Any name discrepancy is noted with each individual item.

That way, the customer is made aware of the info and can independently verify whether or not an item applies to their person.
