The client I'm talking about is really MUCH MUCH bigger than that. When I mean "you've all heard of them" I mean people outside our industry have heard of them. Big.
And Wayne, I don't know what you mean by "helluva way to run a business." I'm assuming that is a dig. So what would YOU do and how would you do it? Are you a vendor manager?
