All of her issues have happened AFTER she herself received and processed out the orders.  I place all of this firmly on an underwriter that decided to change their rules AFTER the work was done (an underwriter that I will not work for directly -- and haven't in years..pretty sad state of affairs).  Yes, she has made good on her promise.  It'll take awhile but you'll be paid.  My recommendation is that you reach out to her again and find out when the check will be in the mail.  On top of more serious health issues, the last 10 days she's been battling bronchitus and a sinus infection (and trust me: if you've talked to her, there's no doubt she's sick).  I know this doesn't help OUR situation, but I believe she will come thru.
