Hi, have you ever received payment from Charlene?  I'm in Tennessee and have 40 orders dating back to November 2018 that she has not paid me on yet.  Over a week ago she said she was getting it processed and this morning she stated she'd call me back in 30 min to discuss the status of payment and she has yet to call.  I know she's been sick and I'm just now reading/learning about her financial issues and it has me quite concerned.  I'm sorry for her situation, but feel she shouldn't hire me or anyone else to do work that she's not capable of paying for.  I don't want to have to report her for non-payment but not sure what else to do to hopefully prevent someone else from having this issue.
