I have found recently that representative from companies out of India that have contacted us to do work for them have given themselves American names. I am guessing they believe that American abstarctors will be more receptive if they think they are dealing with an American Company, it is highly possible that Kevin Williams and Parthiban Paramasivam are one in the same person
