Today I received an email from hhatcher@accufast.com.

The subject line reads "Re:2018-016525 complete"

Inside: "Please, see attached file" with a 116kb pdf.

Scanning it, my Norton tells me that the pdf is actually a link to an unreliable website.

AccuFast Title is a real, live, legitimate title company. However, their email seems to have been hacked or duplicated by a malicious party.
