I would recommend imaging them. Invest in a scanner and a document imaging program. Here in Ohio the county charges $2.00 per page for copies. We keep all of our work in digital format... it makes it easy to find and if we get the order again months or even years later we already have most of the copies.

We use a program called DocuXplorer, www.docuxplorer.com, but there are several of them available.
