Yes, I believe Information Source and Infosource are one in the same.  Their full name is Information Source Inc, but their website and email is "Infosource".  Since my initial post, I sent them a "final notice" and threatened legal action.  I received a check within a few days.  Although fully paid, I would never do work for them again and would advise others not to as well.
