I worked for them several years ago during the refi boom.  They were very slow payers.  Pam was the contact/manager.  Every time I would call her regarding payment she was rude.  At one point they owed a couple of thousand dollars.  I called Pam and she was so nasty with me as if it was my fault that they owed money.  I fired them and it took several months and phone calls to get the final payment.   So yes, they were very slow payers.  Good luck!
