UPDATE - I just received a phone call from Charlene.  She stated she was supposed to receive a check on Friday and a PayPal transfer on Saturday but neither happened.  She now says her bank is in the process of receiving a wire and asked me to try again in 2 hours.  I will attempt to verify with her bank again in a few hours and will post an update at that time.
