I have a great solution for dealing with people who call all the time. Don't answer the phone. My clients know that when I walk into the courthouse, I turn off my ringer. My rule is that if they have an issue of any kind... email me. I won't change a thing without documentation for proof...mostly because I have a horrible short term memory when I'm really focused on a hard search. Almost all of mine a very hard because my counties are little ones with families that have lived on the land for over 100 years. With estate, after estate, after estate. I just tell them that if they insist on calling me and make me miss something, they can pay for the mistake. That pretty much stops all interruptions.
