How about we all just get certificates of insurance from the abstractors carrier for each paid for abstracted piece of property we licensee's have (remember you are in commerce).. and skip the rest in between... the closers can close and draft documents and get that fee paid for by the client on their HUD form. Abstractors fee paid for NEED TO GO BACK ON THE HUD FORM. Have any of you been able to collect on a claim from a title insurance company? Asking for Friend.
