I have heard of BROKER PRICE OPINIONS but that's usually only something that the bank will order when they are handling a foreclosure and they usually have designated offices or vendors that handle this specifically. The bank handles that kind of stuff...not the title vendors..unless you are a lawyer yourself and work directly with the bank.
