I agree with both of you on that point. The sad part about it is that the big title companies play  analytics with their title searching. In the long run it costs them less in claims then they make off the title searches. Do you really think that they are charging $6 on a HUD form for a title search? It's totally illegal in Florida to charge more than you paid for it; however, I bet it's done all the time.
