Jay, you have my write in vote!

Try and remember what it was like a few years ago. We have made great strides in making a lot of the freeloaders get jobs. Unfortunately, even though we have come a long way, we have a long way to go. Just remember the situation is getting better, and remember to tilt your head high as you go to work everyday because we still have a lot of people at home doing nothing depending on our paychecks.

Jay you wrote something that hit home when you quoted Kennedy, in a country of gimmi-gimmi’s, classic American values are still the best. We should try to make choices that are good for everyone not just ourselves. And I’m sure we are all a little guilty of it (the only things on my Nissan that were made here are the new wheels and the break pads). If we make the right choices to begin with, government wont have to help us make the right ones later.

This is the same stance we should take on freeloaders. As Jan said about gritting her teeth at tax time, let “former friends” and friends alike know you are gritting your teeth. Peer pressure is a powerful thing! We can make a difference, even if government is slow to.

Keep on Keepin on,
Walt
