Source of Title Forums: Re: Hot Lists?

Hi Joe,

The Hot List is a list of title companies that do business in multiple states. It was compiled over the past year or so by members of SOT. There is no guaranty that they are looking for abstractors or that they do business in your area. That being said, it is a great resource if you want to do some cold calling to pick up new clients. Jay Duncan has taken over the list and will fax or email it to you. Just send him an email at bistateindustries@sbcglobal.net. Also, you may want to check out the list forum on this site.
