A good idea would be to touch base with each of your clients once a month, to see how they like your service, do they have any questions, how's the weather in their part of the country? Get to know your clients and their accounts payable person, not just through the fax or with problem searches. It will make things easier IF the time arises that you have a problem getting paid.
