I couldn't agree more! I would also like to add that undercutting someone by $5.00, (and not deliberatly just to steal clients) shouldn't make that much of a difference. These "Older" Abstractors should be confident enough in their work and experience that there clients wouldn't turn on them for $5.00.
Not to mention that not all us "New" Abstractors are not as "un-informed" as some people may think. Some of us have done our homework, taken courses, gone to seminars, etc. and are just as worthy to be in this business as anyone else! They should be acting as mentors, not enemies.
