Source of Title Forums: Re: Punctual Abstract

We do work for them in Alabama. Have had a couple of times we had to resend statements but they always pay. However they want 40 year searches with 100 year easement and restrictions for same price as just the 40 years. Alabama is a name index state so not easy.
