Yes it's a guy out of Georgia, Jeff, who basically charges a fee for you to list with him and then refers out jobs to you.  I think it's a brilliant idea.  I literally send 2 or 3 jobs a day to other abstractors, mostly for free.  I also give names to clients who are not familiar with SC abstractors.  I get absolutely nothing for helping them vendor manage.  

 

While I think it's a good idea, unfortunately many of us who are out hustling title refer and swap out jobs and vendor manage work without thinking about it daily - I just don't know that people are going to want to pay to go through a middle man and I just don't know how much work he would generate or how broad his client contacts are.  I also don't know what the fee is to sign up per month.
