As a commercial searcher and residential, I can let you know that commercial searches takes longer than residential. You need to show all your work. From the time the Parent owner tract sold their land to the commerical business, and if the commerical business transferred out some of the land, you need to show this. It can take from 48-72 hours to do. The cost should not be lower than $200-$250 per each. Do not lower to fee to anyone.
